Each week I have to check a number of cameras that are installed in some of the forests of Mid Wales. These cameras are used to monitor the very small Red Squirrel population. Due to the snowy conditions of last week, I was unable to get around as the tracks were just too dangerous. So today was my first chance to get into the forest to change the SD cards and have a look at what animals had been around. Unfortunately, there were no Red Squirrels but plenty of Greys and Jays. I was also lucky to get this video of a very health Fox in the Snow.
